Orders and Shipping

Q: What are your order processing times?

A: I usually ship items within 3-5 business days of your order.

Because I'm doing this on the side, sometimes it may take up to 2 weeks. 

Q: How much is shipping?

A: Singapore: Free.

USA and everywhere: $5 flat rate, free for orders over $20 🙂

Q: What shipping carrier do you use?

A: Singpost Normal (untracked) mail.

I use the lowest cost but reliable option to keep shipping free as much as I can, a lot of the time to just break even. My top priority is for the goods to be accessible to all!

Q: How long does my order take to arrive?

A: Delivery times are 3-5 working days in Singapore, 4-6 weeks internationally

I'll do my best to meet these shipping estimates, but cannot guarantee them. Actual delivery time will depend on the shipping method you choose. For international orders, it could take several weeks.

Q: My order never arrived. What should I do?

A: Once your order is passed on to the shipping carrier, it is beyond our control. But, I understand how frustrating this is when it happens, and I want to help. After you have contacted USPS and filed a missing item case with them, please get in touch with me and we can make further arrangements!
